Design of clamping device for mass production on CNC milling machine
Blahuta, Jiří ; Foltýn, Jan (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a design of a milling fixture and a fixture for broaching on a press. The fixtures enable progressive production on a CNC machine with a high efficiency and minimal downtime. The fixtures are designed for a serial production of a specific component in automotive industry with quantity of 250 000 units per year. The main goal and partial goals of the thesis were accomplished. The designed milling fixture uses wedge clamps and hydraulic cylinders for clamping. The broaching fixture uses springs to position the workpiece. The design of proposed fixtures was verified by production capacity calculations, which prove that the series will be produced in a required time. To further increase productivity, it was suggested based on calculations to use five milling fixtures in the milling machine. The design of the broaching fixture was verified by FEM simulation, which showed that the device is sufficiently rigid and strong. The result of the work is a design of two fixtures in the form of 3D models and drawings. The work includes, among other things, research of three-axis CNC milling machines, broaching machines, and wrought aluminium alloys.
The order processing by firm with usage of project management
Cagášek, Tomáš ; Chrobák, Petr (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
GÁŠEK Tomáš: The order processing by firm with usage of project management The project laboured within the field of study with the name "Production tech-nology and industrial management" describes some versions of the potential job order's progress in the manufactory at the firm "Speciální strojírna, a.s.". A customer asks for the batch production of the casts, that he will be order step by step for working in regular intervals. The part of the customer's plan is the optimalization of the production and the press of the price, that should be lower after the finishing of the production technology. Along with the correction of the price, a customer expects cutting of the delivery time with the fully quali-ty of the working. In the first version, without a wide preparation, is all working realized on the general-purpose machines. The second version focuses on the production with use of drilling jigs, that is constructed and produced by the firm itself. The input costs of this preparation at the production will be compensated with the major production times, that will be destage from the expensive borer to the cheaper drilling-machine. The last third version supposes setting of the CNC machining centres and therethrough it will be reach to huge saving of the major and minor production times by the working.
A drilling jig for beekeeping frames
Mrkvica, Jan ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
Submitted bachelor thesis deals with drilling jig for beekeepering frames and consists of three main parts. In the first part is described the definition of jigs and their basic distribution. After that are explain basic principles of drilling and distribution of borers. In the second part is analyzed availability of drilling jigs on the market. The third, practital part, deals with design and construction of a drilling jig for beekeeping frames, with emphasis on the simplicity of production without the use of special tools. The whole jig was designed in 3D CAD software Solidworks and then physically assembled. Price calculation for the production of the jig is also included in this thesis.

Awareness of the public of dangerous substances in cosmetic
NĚMCOVÁ, Kateřina
The title of my diploma thesis is "Awareness of the public of dangerous substances in cosmetic". It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I focused on the history, general composition of cosmetic products and dangerous substances it contains. Considering the current trends of society I focused especially on decorative cosmetics. Because I have a negative experience with sunscreens, I concentrated on that issue in the last chapter of the theoretical part. The practical part is focused on the public's knowledge of dangerous substances in cosmetic products. The anonymous questionnaire was educative, because I assumed that many respondents would not inspect components contained in their cosmetic products. I made brief descriptions of the dangerous substances so respondents could get the most important information on this issue.

Formulation of nanoparticles with terbinafine
Mrázková, Nikola ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Student: Nikola Mrázková Supervisor of Diploma thesis: Doc. RNDr. Milan Dittrich CSc. Title of Diploma thesis: Formulation of nanoparticles with terbinafine In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis is presented review concerning basic applications of nanotechnology in health service, characteristic of nanoparticles, their dividing and use in pharmacotherapy, especially in targeted drug transport. The focus of the thesis presented here is in experimental part. Particles of submicrom size were fabricated by the using of emusion solvent distribution method in the emulsion of o/w type. Star-like terpolymer of DL- lactic acid and glycolic acid branched on tripentaerytritole as core was used as potential drug carrier. The aim was to prepare the smallest particles as possible. The size and the size distribution were measured by the PCS method by the using of the device Zeta Sizer ZS. The impact of two from the chemical point of view different emulsifiers and two emulsion concentrations on the granulometric parameters of the prepared particles was evaluated. The stability of parameters during storage at lowered temperature and in the frozen state during the one day period after preparation was...
